EPTV, El Paso'’s premiere entertainment and culture television/web segement show!! The show is for the city and by the city; this means the content, your expressions and ideas, and El Paso’'s diverse culture and lifestyles are represented and appreciated. The show will soon be available on the Internet, as we prepare to launch our innovative city website: ElPasoHotspots.com. This website is a one of a kind Internet community to search and discover everything that is El Paso, Texas. It is also the first city website to incorporate video, photo galleries, commercial advertisements, a news/events calendar, local business profiles and city hotspots.

Manny Mendoza possesses years of experience working on numerous narrative, experimental, short films and documentaries that began just before his college years in Austin, Tx studying film theory, screenwriting and production at the University of Texas. Manny has written, directed and produced a diverse group of films and commercial projects from East Texas, New Mexico, California to Eastern Europe. Imagine (Predstavit Si) , his documentary based on a traveling group of gypsies, Destination Hotel's Heat (Television Pilot), SXSW (2006) documentary selection Familia Aztlan, along with the crafty and recently screened 16mm short film Distortion (Plaza Classic Film Festival) were all shot soon after Mendoza finished his education after being accepted to Prague's International Film School, FAMU. Manny has also been an active member and film advocate for the irreplaceable, artistic community of film and music in Texas for non-profits like The Great American International Film Festival, industry giants like the SXSW Festival, along with molding experience's such as the Co-Director of the UFA Conference (2002 ) in Austin, Tx (Featured industry professionals: Wes Craven, Dody Dorn & Wally Pfister ). Manny has landed himself in dynamic and enriching opportunities that have inspired his experience in screenwriting, producing and directing. In his last two years in El Paso, he has ventured into New Mexico to shoot several short films, music videos and commercial's and started his own studio-production company that produces a unique, one of its' kind, city-variety show: EPTV. A hardworking and passionate artist accompanied with diverse shooting capabilities and dynamic perspectives, Manny Mendoza is currently in development of his 1st feature and actively seeking work throughout the world.

Krystal Reyes is a hard working and dedicated individual with a strong background in Public Relations and Event Coordinating. She is receiving her degree in organizational and corporate communications with business management. from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has had over 5 years of experience working closely with organizations and companies as a Public Relations Representative.
- Director of Operations -
Angela Reza Tures, received her B.A. in Media Studies with a minor in Music from the University of San Francisco. She offers over seven years of pre-production, production, and post-production experience working as an independent filmmaker in the San Francisco Bay Area and El Paso Border Area. She has studied under and worked with award-winning filmmakers such as Sam Green (Oscar-nominated The Weather Underground), Tiffany Shlain (Sundance-winner Connected), and Carlos Bolado (Like Water for Chocolate, Solo Dios Sabe). As Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator at the Bay Area Video Coalition, she served as an expert resource and direct point of contact for nationally renowned social justice documentary filmmakers to assist in soliciting funding for their films. In October 2011, she returned to her hometown of El Paso, TX where she is currently working to establish a non-profit multi-media educational facility which will serve to help local businesses grow through the use of new media technology, educate aspiring artists, and provide community leaders with new media tools to inspire social change.
